These terms describe the service boundary for Surf model access.
The service
Surf provides metered access to listed open-source models through an OpenAI-compatible API and related dashboard tools. Available models, capabilities, throughput, and upstream behavior may change.
Accounts and keys
You are responsible for activity under your account, organization, and API keys. Keep credentials confidential, revoke compromised keys promptly, and provide accurate billing information.
Acceptable use
You may not use Surf to violate law, infringe rights, bypass safeguards, distribute malware, probe unauthorized systems, or interfere with the platform or its compute network.
Billing and credits
Usage is charged in integer micro-USD against available credits. Subscription credits renew and expire with their billing cycle. Purchased top-ups persist unless refunded. Failed or unsettled inference reservations are released according to the metering system.
Availability
Surf routes around unhealthy capacity where possible, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Maintenance, upstream model behavior, network conditions, and available compute may affect latency or availability.
Model output
Model output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for evaluating output and applying appropriate human review before consequential use.
Changes and suspension
Surf may update these terms or suspend access needed to protect the service, users, or third parties. Material changes apply prospectively after publication.
